What this site is (and isn’t)

This site shares who I am, what I’m building, and what I’m learning — a bio, my ventures, and a blog. Everything here is general information and personal opinion. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and market figures or book notes on the blog reflect my views at the time of writing. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

No client or agency relationship

Reading this site, or sending a message through the contact form, does not create a client relationship, an agency relationship, or a brokerage relationship of any kind. Real estate brokerage services are provided through Blackwell Real Estate under its own written agreements and applicable state law — not through this website. Title, settlement, and agent-matching services are likewise provided by Ally Title and GreatAgents.Net under their own terms.

Third-party sites

This site links to the ventures’ own websites — including bremove.com, allytitle.net, and greatagents.net — and occasionally to other resources. Each is a separate site with its own terms and privacy practices.
